Since Gaston PERNAT and Edmond BOUVERAT formed the company in 1975, it has steadily grown, diversified and modernised.

Its current positioning is clear and resolutely focussed on innovation and collaborative working.

We have mastery of the complex issues associated with the machining of the components used in hydraulic, pneumatic, gas and valve systems.

The hundreds of other machining companies based in the Arve valley are not a threat to the company; they are a powerful ally.

This dynamic ecosystem, all within 20 km of the company, contains all the suppliers and subcontractors we need: Materials, Machining, Tooling, Treatments, Grinding, Finishing, …

Within this ecosystem we have fostered strong partnerships with companies specialising in activities both complementary to our own and very similar, to augment our production capacity.

We can thus manage all aspects of the project and guarantee their success.

We work with numerous local suppliers, as well as with national institutes and technical centres, such as Cetim and Thésame.

We belong to the Interdec economic interest group, and are an active member of the following clusters: Mont-Blanc Industries, Artema, Pôle Européen de la Céramique, Eden Cluster, Aerospace Cluster.

We recently joined the Bpifrance PERL network.
